Shoal Mate Villa's four bedrooms will accommodate 8 people. A large one-bedroom apartment separate from the main house can accommodate extra guests.

Winter: December 15 - April 14
4-bedrooms $2,300 per night

Holiday: Dec 22 - January 4
2-week minimum
4-bedrooms $3,300 per night

Summer: April 15 - December 14
4-bedrooms $1,400 per night

Apartment (year round):
$350 per night (not rented separately)

Policies

We accept reservations for families with children 12 years and older. All rates are quoted in US Dollars per night and include government tax and service charge. Minimum stay is 7 nights. All rates are based on two people sharing each bedroom. It is not possible to rent the apartment separately to the main house.

Check-In / Check-Out

We will do our best to accommodate any reasonable requests made with regard to check-in and check-out times. Check-in time on arrival is after 4:00pm local time unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Management Company. Check-out time is 12:00pm local time unless prior arrangement has been made with the Management Company.

Booking & Deposit

A provisional booking date may be made by telephone or internet and will be held for one week pending receipt of a completed booking form and full deposit or payment as appropriate. A booking will only be considered firm when the reservation deposit has been received and when the Management Company has confirmed the booking in writing.

Fifty percent of the total rental fee is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival on Anguilla. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival day are payable in full at the time of booking. Shoal Mate Villa reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.

Except for Holiday bookings, deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Management Company in writing at least 30 days prior to the guests' scheduled date of arrival. All Holiday bookings (December 20 - January 4) are completely non-refundable.

Property Loss or Damage

A credit card authorization is required for all properties as security against property loss or damage and unpaid telephone or other charges. Any excessive cleaning, loss or damage to the property, or debts or charges incurred will be itemized and charged to the Guest. Large parties, weddings, or other receptions must be approved in writing by the Management Company.
